“Currently everyone is so passionate about digitalization that they don’t think about its reliability,” says an information technology specialist, Member of the Human Rights Council Igor Ashmanov. Because of this, the reliability of the software decreases. “The complexity in the digital part is growing, and the qualifications of programmers are falling.”

Therefore, according to the expert, the only solution is to choose reliable and simple software. “But no one will do this now. Because digitalization is convenient and innovative, and no one will stop it.
