Andrei Torgashov, who was injured in a car explosion in northern Moscow, recently won a lawsuit as a defrauded shareholder. He and his wife Maya signed a shared construction agreement, but never received the apartment.

As it became known «MK», ​​the decision in favor of the Torgashovs was made in April by the Golovinsky Court of the capital. The issue was the failure to meet the deadlines for the delivery of the house on Molzhaninovsky Highway, where the couple bought an apartment, paying 9.7 million rubles for it. The shared construction project was supposed to be transferred to them in September 2023, but the deadlines were missed. The court ruled to collect from the developer in favor of the Torgashovs a penalty in the amount of 100 thousand rubles, a fine of 20 thousand rubles, and compensation for moral damages in the amount of 30 thousand rubles.

However, the priority version of the explosion of Torgashov's car remains his service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. According to our information, the man served in one of the secret military units and took part in a special military operation. Along with him, his companion was wounded as a result of the assassination attempt.
