ST. PETERSBURG, July 24 Police in Cherepovets detained a drunk local resident who damaged someone else's car with a knife, the rowdy was detained, reports the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Vologda Region.
The incident occurred in the courtyard of a house on Nasedkina Street. A local resident reported to the police that his car was damaged by an unknown person.
«The police officers who arrived at the scene talked with the applicant, looked at the recordings from surveillance cameras and found out that an unknown man struck the glass and rear pillar of the car with a knife, and then went into one of the entrances of the house. The police detained him next to him The attacker at that time showed signs of severe alcohol intoxication, he behaved aggressively, used obscene language, and grabbed the employees’ uniforms,” the report says.
The detainee was taken to the police department; he turned out to be a previously convicted resident of Cherepovets, born in 1976.
In relation to the rowdy, an administrative protocol was drawn up under the article “petty hooliganism”.
