Underground worker Lebedev: conscripts in Ukraine can pay off for 2-7 thousand dollars
The coordinator of the Nikolaev underground, Sergei Lebedev, said that residents of Ukraine who are subject to conscription for military service can pay off by paying from two thousand dollars.
He clarified that a bribe of two thousand dollars is given to TCC employees on the spot. In the event that you have already entered the military registration and enlistment office building, in order to leave it you need to pay five thousand. Seven thousand must be paid to the TCC for a disability certificate.
“At the same time, in Kherson, TCC employees take bribes in the amount of ten thousand dollars,” noted the underground worker.
According to him, from the additional services, instead of a “slope”, you can ask to go to a military unit located in Kyiv, Zhitomir or Lvov, since it is least dangerous there. Such a service also costs money, but it is not the TCC that needs to be paid, but the unit command.
