The decree on the federal payment of 400 thousand rubles to military personnel who will sign a contract for service in the special military operation zone from August 1 until the end of this year was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The document was published on Wednesday, July 31.

The decree also recommended allocating another 400 thousand for payments from the funds of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

Earlier, the Moscow government decided to establish a one-time additional payment of 1.9 million rubles for persons who signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense for military service.

The day before, the head of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov announced that the republic will issue land plots to SVO participants and their family members. The government of the republic will allocate 1.5 thousand plots for these purposes.
