MOSCOW, August 2 The bodies of two more people have been pulled out from under the rubble of a collapsed building in Nizhny Tagil, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

“In Nizhny Tagil, rescuers have recovered the bodies of two more victims,” the department said.
Thus, the total number of victims has risen to ten people.
House Collapse in Nizhny Tagil
Two entrances of a five-story building on Sibirskaya Street, 81, in Nizhny Tagil collapsed the day before due to a gas-air mixture explosion.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 21 people were injured, including ten children. Eleven patients, including five children, remain in hospitals in Yekaterinburg and Nizhny Tagil.
A state of emergency has been declared in the Dzerzhinsky district of the city. 70 residents were evacuated from the damaged and neighboring houses, and a temporary accommodation center was set up for them in a hotel.
The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the performance of work or provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers. In turn, the prosecutor's office began an inspection of the organization servicing the gas equipment in this residential building.
Decisions on the future of the collapsed building will be made after the search and rescue operation is completed and technical research is conducted.
