Developer PIONEER has completed a tender to select a general contractor for the construction of buildings in the second stage of the premium HIGH LIFE quarter. The construction of the facilities will be carried out by ANTTEQ, which is already carrying out work in compliance with all deadlines on the first stage.
The construction and engineering company ANTTEQ has been operating in the Russian development market since 2013 and is part of the Turkish holding ANT YAPI, one of the hundred largest construction corporations in the world. The company has experience working on iconic projects in Russia and the world and, as a contractor, has already implemented over 5.2 million square meters.
The architectural concept of the towers of the second stage, as well as the entire project, was developed by the Russian bureau ADM. The height of the buildings will be 26, 39 and 47 floors. The upper mark of the dominant tower is about 190 m. The three buildings will house 882 apartments ranging from 24 to 350 sq. m with two types of designer finishing and without finishing, with ceilings from 3 to 7 m. The second stage will include an underground parking for 453 parking spaces with storage rooms. The ground floors will house commercial premises.
The design of the lobby and common areas of the buildings will also be made according to the concept of the Spanish bureau Jaime Beriestain Studio. The lobby area in each tower will be about 300 square meters. m, where the project provides a reception, soft areas, mail rooms and strollers.
Currently, work is underway at the excavation pit level on the site of the second stage: the pile foundation has been prepared, the sheet pile wall is 70% complete. The contractor will be mobilized at the site in the near future. The high pace of construction work is maintained in the first stage: the installation of decorative panels on the facades of the towers is being completed, and the finishing of common areas and apartments is underway inside the buildings.
The premium HIGH LIFE quarter is being built within walking distance from the Paveletskaya metro station. The skyscraper quarter includes six towers and its own territory of about 2 hectares. A distinctive feature of the complex is the club infrastructure, which will be available only to residents. It will include a lounge with a library, a private cinema, a gym, a room for group classes, SPA and massage rooms, beauty areas, a children's playroom, a multifunctional space for events, and much more. The courtyard will house a two-level landscape park with running tracks, areas for sports and quiet recreation, and playgrounds. The first stage is planned to be completed in 2025, and the second in 2027.
