PIONEER Team Wins the 2023/24 TIM Leaders Competition

The team of developer PIONEER and BIM designer WE-ON won first place in the all-Russian competition «TIM Leaders 2023/24», winning in the nomination «Information Modeling of Residential Buildings» at the stage «TIM Project + TIM Construction». The combined team presented a case on the digitalization of the OPUS construction project, a club house and a business center being built on Derbenevskaya Embankment in Moscow.

Together, the companies implemented two-way automation of the project using NIKA RD, NIKA MOTION, Naviswork, Tangl control and other digitalization tools. By automating design and other work processes, the companies were able to achieve clear accounting of employee labor costs, accurate statistics, document flow updating and control, and improve the accuracy of decisions. Digitalization concerns all stages of OPUS construction: PIONEER monitors the relevance of documentation sets using Signal software, uses Hardroller software to generate, coordinate and sign executive documentation, as well as Basis Real Estate software for the digitalization of construction control.

«The recognition of the professional jury of «TIM-leaders» for us is a confirmation of the correct strategy of PIONEER in digitalization of business processes and progressiveness of the decisions made. Our case has already been noted at professional conferences and now remains one of the rare implemented projects of digitalization in development,» said Elizaveta Likhacheva, Head of Digital Modeling at PIONEER.

The OPUS Clubhouse and Business Center are de luxe class projects that are currently being built on Derbenevskaya Embankment. The Clubhouse is designed for only 188 apartments and has a memorable architecture from the Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners bureau. The objects are at the stage of monolithic works. The commissioning of the buildings is scheduled for 2025.

«TIM-leaders» is an open all-Russian competition, which is held with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia. This year, specialists from 30 cities and regions took part in it, presenting over 150 projects to the jury. The goal of the competition is to identify companies that have practical experience working with information modeling technologies and to popularize the achievements of the best BIM specialists in Russia.
