MOSCOW, August 9 The number of people injured in the UAV attack in the Lipetsk region has risen to nine, the region's governor Igor Artamonov reported on his Telegram channel.
«We visited the wounded in hospitals. There are currently nine people on the list of injured. Everyone «the necessary assistance is being provided,» he wrote.
Earlier it was reported that six people were injured.
At night, the governor announced a massive UAV attack on Lipetsk, and damage to an energy infrastructure facility and power supply disruptions were reported. A state of emergency has been declared in the Lipetsk Municipal District to eliminate the consequences of the detonation of explosive objects.
The settlements of Koptsevy Khutor, Fedorovka, Yakovlevka, and Tynkovka have been evacuated to ensure safety.
As reported by the Ministry of Defense, 75 Ukrainian UAVs were shot down over Russian regions overnight, including 19 over the Lipetsk Region.
