DOM.RF published the interim financial results of the company, as well as of Bank DOM.RF, which is part of the group, for the first six months of 2024 according to international financial reporting standards.
According to the results of the first half of the year, the group's net profit increased by 35% compared to the result of last year for the same period. Assets — by 12%. DOM.RF's own funds amounted to 343 billion rubles (+9% year-on-year).

DOM.RF Bank's net profit for the first half of 2024 increased by 53% year-on-year to RUB 19 billion, while its assets reached RUB 3 trillion (+17% year-on-year).
In the first half of 2024, the bank showed steady growth in all areas of business. The mortgage loan portfolio has increased by 33% since the beginning of the year, to RUB 652.6 billion. The volume of loans issued to developers amounted to RUB 1.3 trillion (+22% year-on-year). The active client base has increased by 22% year-on-year to 500 thousand clients. Client funds attracted reached RUB 2.5 trillion. (+25% compared to the beginning of the year), the main growth was provided by funds of legal entities (growth +24% compared to the beginning of the year, reached 1.4 trillion rubles), balances in escrow accounts (growth +23% compared to the beginning of the year, reached 745 billion rubles), funds of individuals (growth +34% compared to the beginning of the year, reached 361.3 billion rubles).
