Russian family of seven drowns in river

The Russians were crossing the river in a motorboat.

The tragedy occurred on the Maly Yugan River on Thursday, August 8. According to muksun.fm, there were three adults and four minors in the boat: a seventeen-year-old teenager and three children. The youngest was one year old on the day of the disappearance, the other children were two and four years old.

Local residents said that the family stopped communicating in the evening. The search on their own led to nothing. Rescuers found the bodies of a 44-year-old woman, a young mother with two children.

The search for the missing continues.
