Eric Dier is determined to stay at Tottenham Hotspur and fight for his place under new head coach Ange Postekoglou, but Pierre-Émile Hojbjerg could be allowed to leave this summer.
< p>Postekoglou will start at Spurs on Saturday, the club's non-international players should start returning this weekend.
Dyer should be among the first players to return to work under Postekoglou and the defender is looking forward to looking forward to impressing the Aussie.
Postekoglou is keen to sign a new centre-back as goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario and midfielder James Maddison joined them this summer and a number of players are being considered.
Dyer has only one year left on his contract and is yet to sign an extension, which has raised questions about the 29-year-old's future.
But it's clear that Dyer has no intention of leaving Tottenham this summer and is feeling full form after recovering from groin surgery he underwent in May to treat a problem that had plagued him since the World Cup.
The England international is said to be delighted to be working with Postecoglou and has received no indication that Tottenham want to get rid of him to make room for any new players.
As captain Hugo Lloris is expected to leaves, Postecoglou will be mindful of Dyer's leadership qualities in a team that, with the exception of Harry Kane, is not endowed with inspiring characters.

In addition to the potential sale of Hojbjerg, Tottenham want to get rid of Davinson Sanchez, Ivan Perisic, Ryan Sessegnon, Giovani Lo Celso and Sergio Reguilon, while Harry Winks is ready to join Leicester City.
