Concert organizer Orbakaite responded to the cancellation of the singer’s show in Russia

MOSCOW, January 23 Sergei Zaitsev, who organizes Kristina Orbakaite’s performances, commented on the recent demand of social activists to cancel the artist’s concerts in the Amur region.

The manager believes that every viewer should have the right to choose which artist’s concert and when to go.

"Two thousand people gathered to come to the concerts, and 20 or 30 people are indignant, even if 200 people are indignant… A person has the right to choose what music to listen to and what creativity and how to relate,” — he said.

Orbakaite’s tour performances are scheduled for March 15 and 16 at the Social and Cultural Center of Blagoveshchensk. However, local activists insist that they not be carried out.

Public activists were outraged that the singer lives in two countries (Russia and the USA — Ed.), and has still not stated her position on the special operation.
