The developer STONE plans to complete construction work on the site of the premium office building STONE Kurskaya in the summer of 2024. This was announced by Andrey Bochkarev, Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Government for urban planning policy and construction.

“Construction of an office complex with an area of 15.6 thousand sq. m. m is nearing completion. The implementation of the project will create 1.5 thousand jobs. In addition to the offices themselves, the building will have a two-level underground parking lot, and the surrounding area will be landscaped — trees will be planted here and lawns will be laid out,” noted Andrey Bochkarev.
At the moment, a façade made of natural stone — light-colored Genaldon dolomite — is being installed at the construction site of the facility. In parallel, work is underway on the laying of walls and internal partitions, as well as the installation of internal engineering systems.

The STONE Kurskaya office building for one resident company is being erected 700 m from the Garden Ring and within walking distance from three metro stations — “Kurskaya” (ring and radial) and “Chkalovskaya” — at the address Kostomarovsky lane, vl. 11, p. 1.
As Yuliana Knyazhevskaya, Chairman of the Moskomarkhitektura, said, the integration of business and transport infrastructure into the existing residential areas of the capital today is a priority direction for the development of the city.
“Moscow has been confidently moving towards polycentric development for several years now. Active work is constantly being carried out in this direction, which consists of several components: creating places of attraction at the urban level, improving transport accessibility, ensuring the multifunctionality of new development, organizing new jobs,” noted Yuliana Knyazhevskaya.

The architectural concept of the ten-story office building was developed by the WALL bureau. All premises in STONE Kurskaya will be in open space format, which will allow the owner to organize the space taking into account individual business objectives. The layout of the office floors meets the requirements of a functional office: ceiling height is 3.65 m, the correct configuration. Floor-to-ceiling windows along the perimeter will provide an optimal level of insolation and provide the possibility of natural ventilation.
