MOSCOW, February 3 Young Russian engineers have developed an unmanned aerial vehicle with a completely domestic controller, the NTI press service said.
“A team of engineers from the youth design center of MSTU Stankin has developed a drone with a completely domestic controller for monitoring and delivering cargo in remote and hard-to-reach areas of the country,” the release says.
The center's team is working on creating a UAV with a vertical takeoff and landing system.

According to Korolev, the drone will be built from modern composite materials, and critically loaded parts will be made from aircraft alloys. Now the center is working on an experimental version of the drone, which will carry about a kilogram of cargo.

The team is planning a flight controller with a domestic element base to be brought to the market in the third quarter of 2024, the NTI press service clarified. The target audience of the development is residents of remote and hard-to-reach areas.
