MOSCOW, May 3.The man who hit the child in Lyubertsy used a false notification of the arrival of a foreign citizen to stay in the Russian Federation, according to the Telegram channel of the Moscow Region prosecutor’s office.
“»The Lyubertsy City Prosecutor's Office, during the verification of the legality of the suspect's stay on the territory of the Russian Federation, established the fact of using a false notification of the arrival of a foreign citizen,» the message says.

Previously A criminal case of hooliganism was opened in Lyubertsy, where a man hit a nine-year-old schoolgirl. The Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Moscow Region, Ksenia Mishonova, said that the child was examined by doctors and released for outpatient treatment.

It is emphasized that these materials will be sent to the inquiry body to resolve the issue of initiating a criminal case under Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (forgery, production or circulation of counterfeit documents).
The 33-year-old man is currently under arrest. It is emphasized that during interrogation he refused to testify.
