New items are presented in the form of prototypes, however, as expected, the production versions will not differ much from their predecessors. At least one of the models may hit the market this year.
Last fall, Chery launched an electrified line in China, for which it revived the Fulwin name (in Chinese it sounds like Fengyun). Previously, this name, we recall, was borne by the first model of the Chery brand, which debuted in 1999; Later, that car had an heir, and he is familiar to Russians — we are talking about the Amulet. The first-born of the new family was the Fulwin A8 sedan, that is, a hybrid version of the Chery Arrizo 8: this four-door is already on sale. Recently, the People's Republic of China opened orders for the large crossover Fulwin T9 (a hybrid brother of the Chery Tiggo 9/Jaecoo J8), plus the Fulwin T6 SUV (a variant of the Chery Explore 06/Jaecoo J7) is being prepared for the start of sales. Well, as part of the Beijing Motor Show taking place these days, Chery announced two more models of the family — they showed the Fulwin E06 cross and the Fulwin A9 sedan. These are still concepts, but close to production. Let's start with the SUV.

Let us immediately note that the cross does not look like a clone of any car from another Chery sub-brand: apparently, this is an independent Fulwin model, or the donor has not yet been identified. The appearance features of the Chery Fulwin E06 are a coupe-like silhouette, boomerang-like headlights and oval taillights, which are also united by a luminous plate. Under the head optics there are displays — like the Exeed/Exlantix models. There is also a display on the left front fender: it can display the charge level or weather information. The crossover also features lidar. According to preliminary data, the length of the Fulwin E06 is 4820 mm, width – 1920 mm, height – 1685 mm, wheelbase – 2920 mm.

In the cabin there are separate screens for the instrument panel and multimedia system, the central air deflectors are located directly on the tunnel. Chery Fulwin E06 also received a two-spoke steering wheel and two wireless charging pads.

Chery itself has not yet spoken about the technology. Chinese specialized media write that the product cross will be available in the form of a rechargeable hybrid or a full-fledged electric car.
The Chery Fulwin A9 prototype presented in Beijing is the third version of the exterior design of the upcoming sedan. Apparently final. The first show car, the Arrizo Star, was demonstrated last spring. The public premiere of the second one – already with the name Fulwin A9 – was held in the fall of 2023. The current four-door differs from the previous version in its bumpers; in addition, the door handles have been replaced (previously the handles were retractable), and the rear license plate has been moved to the trunk lid. The interior was not shown this time.

Exact dimensions of the “nine” all have not yet been revealed. We only know that the production model will be larger than the Chery Arrizo 8/Fulwin A8. For example, the length of the G8 intended for Russia is 4757 mm, the distance between the axles is 2770 mm. Chery Fulwin A9 will be offered with a hybrid installation, but there are no details about the filling either.
The Chinese believe that the minimum One of the new Fulwin products shown at the Beijing exhibition may become serial by the end of this year. And subsequently, models of the family may well reach the Russian market — under some other name or even a Chery sub-brand.
