State Prize — the highest recognition merits of scientists and cultural figures to society and the state. It is the main Russian prize, having inherited this name from the State Prize of the RSFSR in 1992. In addition to the monetary reward (since 2020, the size of the award has been doubled to 10 million rubles), laureates receive a diploma, an honorary badge, and a tailcoat badge.
