MOSCOW, July 6 Acceptance of applications for the “Walls” graffiti competition has begun in Moscow, according to the mayor’s website and the capital city government.
«»The capital has begun accepting applications for the open graffiti competition «Walls». The winners will have the opportunity to paint the facades of houses in each of the city districts. Applications for participation are accepted until July 31 on the «Moscow Youth» portal,» the message says. 
It is noted that art students of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of Moscow, representatives of the capital's graffiti community, students and specialists of private graffiti schools, as well as simply residents of the capital aged 14 to 35 who want to try can participate in the competition your strengths in this form of art, the competition will be held in several stages.
In addition, as part of the competition, the “Art Boulevard” nomination will be established; to participate, you need to prepare graffiti models before July 21; the authors of the ten best sketches will paint artificial walls on Tverskoy Boulevard. Then Muscovites will choose three winners by voting, and they will be awarded during City Day.
«The organizer of the open graffiti competition for young artists is the «Walls» project, part of the «Youth of Moscow» project of the city Committee of Public Relations and Youth Policy. It is aimed at forming a community of street artists and involving them in the design of art spaces and individual districts of the city,» added on the website.
