In the STONE Khodynka1 office block, 1.4 hectares of public space will be improved

The STONE developer will develop 1.4 hectares of territory as part of the implementation of the STONE Khodynka 1 office district. New pedestrian routes will appear near the facility on Khodynskoye Field, as well as an area with green areas and additional places for residents to relax. This was announced by the chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov.

“The implementation of the project will allow us to include a previously inefficiently used area into the life of the city. The territory will become a continuation of the Khodynka Pole park, complementing the area with new pedestrian routes from the CSKA metro station to the large Aviapark shopping center and towards the STONE Khodynka 1 block,” said Sergey Kuznetsov.

Office quarter with a total area of ​​89 thousand sq. m. m will appear 1 minute from the CSKA metro station at Khodynsky Boulevard, 6/2. The concept of neighborhood improvement from the Parsec bureau is based on the Japanese concept of “ikigai” — a sense of one’s own purpose in life.

Sergey Kuznetsov added that the central part of the public space will be an amphitheater, which will be perceived as a transitional element. It will connect the landscaped area of ​​the block and the office towers. Cascading steps will continue the architectural concept of the project and will become additional recreation areas for residents and city residents.

Benches made of natural stone, flower beds with greenery and trees located on the square will serve as recreation areas for both residents of the office block and residents of the district. All-season shrubs and trees, including mountain pines and lavender, will be planted to green the area.

The art object will become a point of attraction for city residents. The concept of the sculptural work will reveal the idea of ​​the office block space as a zone for finding creative expression.

The project will include three multi-story office towers. The first floors will be allocated for infrastructure: there will be cafes and restaurants with access to the park, shops and a canteen, as well as a spacious business lounge and a fitness studio.
