The global office of Exeed (the brand belongs to Chery) announced a new product — an electric sedan. Moreover, it will be not only the first electric car, but also the first “four-door” in the range of the brand. The company also announced that the sedan will be the debut model of the new Exlantix series, the name of which is derived from the English spelling of Atlantis, on the world market. Note that the pictures attached to the press release of the Russian division of Exeed are signed as E08, the same index flashes on some other foreign websites of the brand. That is, it is possible that the full name of the «world» sedan sounds like Exeed Exlantix E08, although the numbers may turn out to be an internal factory designation.

Apparently, before us is the export version of the “four-door”, presented in China a few days ago. In the homeland of Exeed, the model is now known as Sterra ES, where Sterra is also the name of the new line (probably for the home market; it is derived from the words star and era).
The «world» sedan is still «disguised», however, in terms of design, it is unlikely to differ from the version for the Celestial Empire. Appearance features — a body «a la fastback», narrow optics, retractable door handles and mirrors on separate legs. Above the windshield there is a «bulge» — probably a lidar. The length of the novelty is approximately 4.95 m, the width is 1.96 m, the wheelbase is 2.9 m.
Exeed Sterra ES for China
According to preliminary data, the sedan is based new E0X bogie with 800-volt electrical system and air suspension. For cars on this platform, rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive are provided, and the range exceeds 700 km. And that's all the details for now.
