Baroness Jenkin of Kennington also said some of videos depicting strangulation and anal sex have been the cause of the increase in body dysmorphia.
Lady Jenkin, government whip in the House of Lords, is one of many colleagues who want mandatory age certification to prevent children from seeing these videos on mobile phones, which she called «porn in your pocket.» ;.
She told Friday's Chopper's Politics podcast: «Everyone with access to a smartphone literally has porn in their pocket, and we have no idea what the consequences of this will be.
«Kids often stumble upon it by accident, or they have a friend who shows them a picture of what is happening is that they are afraid, they are confused, they are disgusted, angry, curious, excited and shocked"
"The real the danger is that apparently boys think this is what girls want. The girls are horrified by what they saw."
Lady Jenkin is pushing for mandatory age certification to prevent kids from watching these videos on mobile phones. «s» is the correct word for suffocation…which I understand women absolutely dislike", while other girls are forced into anal sex.
Lady Jenkin said teens are all were more likely to be forced to have anal sex when «their body wasn't designed for it.»
“There is anecdotal evidence that we now have urinary incontinence nurses in schools and this is causing real harm to our children,” she said.
"Boys objectify girls. Many of them are rough. And girls are becoming more and more frightened by the thought of sex"
The worker who founded the Women to Win campaign to encourage more women to become Conservative MPs added:
"They're not ready for this. They look at it and think: My God, if this is what it means to be a woman, then no, thank you. — that's why so many teenagers wear baggy tops."
'A very, very dangerous effect'
Lady Jenkin said that the fear of what men might demand of women in sexual relationships pushed some girls towards “anorexia to stop their body from developing”, and others towards “non-binary and the path to gender identity”.
"So it has a very, very dangerous effect. We have no idea what the long-term effects on relationships and addiction will be. And we must deal with this, and we in parliament are responsible for this.” She said.
When asked if viewing extreme pornography is causing more girls to try to change their gender, she replied: "Of course, there is some anecdotal evidence that says so. We know there's been a huge spike in girls with gender dysphoria, a 5,000 percent increase.
"Initially, a small number of boys felt uncomfortable in their bodies. . And now this is a significant increase in the number of girls. We need to know more about what it's all about.
