Lamborghini has released a special version of the Urus crossover dedicated to the Essenza SCV12 track supercar. The number 12 in the designation of the novelty can be misleading, because the crossover does not have a V12 engine.
Thanks to brilliant marketing and excellent, it must be given credit, Lamborghini's cars are doing brilliantly. The Italian brand completed the first quarter of this year with another record, selling 2,632 cars worldwide, which is 3.3% more than in January-March 2022. Operating profit for the same period increased immediately by 35.7% to 260 million euros, and orders for new cars are scheduled until the end of 2024.

Introduced today Lamborghini Urus Essenza SCV12 Edition in general not intended for general sale: only 40 copies will be made for owners of the Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 track supercar, which in turn was also made in an edition of 40 units.
1/3 2/3 3/3The Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 was introduced in 2020 as a very distinctive project with little connection to the then flagship Aventador road supercar, from which dozens of other limited edition models were based. For the Essenza SCV12, Lamborghini has developed a new carbon fiber monocoque and a new chassis with a rear suspension attached to the gearbox housing. From Aventador, the track supercar got, in fact, only a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine, boosted to 830 hp — even in the new Lamborghini Revuelto hybrid supercar, the V12 output is lower, “only” 825 hp

Of course, the entire circulation of the Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 was sold out even before the premiere, and now the company has released a special version of the Urus crossover for the owners of the track supercar, which, apparently, is impossible to refuse to buy. Each copy of the Lamborghini Urus Essenza SCV12 Edition repeats the color scheme of the corresponding Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 and carries its serial number (and optionally also the name of the owner).
The technical basis of the special version was the regular Lamborghini Urus Performante with a 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine (666 hp, 850 Nm), capable of accelerating to 100 km/h in 3.3 from and up to a maximum of 306 km/h. The special version has extended unpainted carbon fiber exterior trim and gloss black painted 23-inch wheels. The interior is upholstered in black Nero Cosmus Alcantara and decorated with black anodized aluminum inserts, the front panel on the passenger side has a Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 profile applied.
The price of the Lamborghini Urus Essenza SCV12 Edition has not been disclosed, but for reference, let's say that the standard Urus Performante costs about 250,000 euros in stock. The Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 supercar cost each owner more than 2.2 million euros without taxes.
