White House says that he has new intelligence showing that Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-un have exchanged letters as Russia is seeking ammunition from North Korea for the war in Ukraine.
John Kirby, spokesman for the National Security Council, shared this The revelation comes just weeks after the White House said Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu urged North Korean officials to boost munitions sales to Moscow during a visit to Pyongyang.
Mr Kirby said Russia was looking for additional artillery shells and other basic supplies to bolster Russia's military-industrial base.
