Renault has structured the new Arkana line in Evolution, Techno and Esprit Alpine trim levels. Esprit Alpine version — one of the new products that brings with it an update of the French SUV coupe. This package replaces the R.S. Line.
In the Techno version, the car received several airbags, 18-inch two-tone alloy wheels, LED optics, a light and rain sensor, tinted rear windows, electrically adjustable and folding exterior mirrors, e-Call emergency call system, Renault Multi-Sense, blind spot monitoring system and rear view camera. The cabin also features a 10.2-inch fully digital instrument panel and an Easy Link infotainment system with a 9.3-inch touchscreen and Apple CarPlay support. The cost of this version will be from 30.85 thousand euros.
As for the mechanical part, there are no surprises here. The new Arkana continues its commitment to electrification. All available engines are electrified to a greater or lesser extent, have an automatic transmission and a front-wheel drive configuration.
The base is a 1.3-liter TCe petrol engine with 140 hp. and 260 Nm of maximum torque. There is also a 1.3 TCe petrol engine with 160 hp. and maximum torque of 270 Nm. Both are electrified using 12-volt mild hybrid technology (MHEV) and are equipped with a seven-speed EDC dual-clutch automatic transmission. The top-end is the rechargeable hybrid version with a power of 145 hp
