Avito Works experts surveyed about 8 thousand employed respondents and found that more than half (64%) of the study participants use the products/services of the company in which they work. At the same time, only a third (33%) of employers provide corporate discounts to absolutely all employees.
Among the 64% of Russians who use the products/services of their employer company, 30% do so regularly, and 34% do so sometimes. Another 36% said they do not use them at all. More often than others, the products of their organization are regularly used by representatives of the areas of banking (58%), fitness (58%), marketing, advertising and PR (48%), IT (45%) and traditional trade (45%). Workers in the education (48%), construction (43%) and manufacturing (42%) segments do not use the company's services.
Analysts also found that 33% of employers provide corporate discounts and/or benefits for the use of company products, services or services to absolutely the entire staff. Almost half (48%) of organizations do not provide this bonus at all, and another 19% of organizations provide discounts and bonuses only to certain categories of employees.
Companies in the banking (60%), fitness (59%), tourism and restaurants (54%), traditional trade (53%) and automotive segments provide benefits and discounts to all employees more than others. business (50%).
