Putin: we can hit Kiev, but we are not going to
The Russian army can strike squares in Kiev and other Ukrainian cities, but is not going to do this, since it does not strike civilians, but only hits military facilities. This statement was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a visit to the military hospital. Vishnevsky on January 1 and meetings with participants in a special military operation.
«We can, of course, hit squares in Kiev and in any other city, I understand, everything is boiling with me, but what, we need to hit peaceful? No, we are hitting military targets, that’s what we will do,” said the head of state.
In addition, Putin commented on the massive missile attack of the Ukrainian army on December 30 on Belgorod. He called the incident a terrorist attack.
