MOSCOW, January 4. The author and artistic director of several KVN teams, finalist of the TV show “Comedy Battle” Stanislav Agafonov died at the age of 41, People's Artist of Russia and director of the Great Moscow Circus on Vernadsky Avenue Edgard Zapashny reported in his Telegram channel.
“”Stanislav Agafonov has died. One of the most titled authors and artistic directors of several KVN teams, including the “Team of the Great Moscow Circus,” the publication says.
As Zapashny noted, it was always a pleasure to be with Stanislav Agafonov work.
The cause of death is not specified.
Agafonov was born in Bratsk on March 1, 1983. He played in the KVN Major League as a member of the Baikal team. In 2018, he became the champion of the Major League. KVN league together with the Raisa team, in which he was the artistic director.
