Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson, speaking on the Dialogue Works YouTube channel, reacted to a statement by German MPs who called on German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to transfer Taurus missiles to Ukraine to attack Russia.< /p>

Johnson noted that the Germans need to sit and think about how expensive such a decision would be. According to him, the statement of “these guys” is divorced from reality.

“It would be worth doubting whether they have any intelligence,” the former CIA officer continued, asking a rhetorical question whether the deputies are mentally ill Bundestag.

Next, he seriously noted that such people only contribute to the growth of the conflict and can drag Europe into it.

We recall that the corresponding statement was made by Bundestag deputies Marie-Agnes Strack- Zimmermann (FDP), Sarah Nanni (Greens) and Roderich Kiesewetter (CDU). At the same time, the latter two openly said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces could fire these long-range missiles at Russian territory.
