MOSCOW, January 9. Blogger Sergey Kosenko posted a post on his Instagram page* apologizing for the video with a baby thrown into the snow.
“
"I apologize to all those who took this video literally and who were emotionally harmed by it — I didn't mean to harm you. Now I understand that it was a bad idea, so I apologize,” he wrote.
Kosenko explained that he planned to conduct training courses on the use of artificial intelligence, deepfakes and video editing. To do this, he created a video with a baby and posted it on the Internet.
The blogger assured that the video was not a real baby, but a mannequin doll.
He also said that he came across the idea for filming from a similar viral video, where a woman also throws a child into a snowdrift.
“»Thank you all for your attention ! Love your family and children, use new technologies for good,» the blogger summed up.
Earlier, Sergei Kosenko posted a video on social networks in which he throws his two-month-old son Leo into a huge snowdrift. The video immediately caused a negative reaction due to the “cruel treatment” of the child.
Chairman of the RF Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin ordered to initiate a criminal case against the blogger. The day before, State Duma deputy Nina Ostanina (Communist Party of the Russian Federation) announced that she intended to appeal to the Investigative Committee because of this video.
