Blogger Kosenko's lawyer claims that a doll was thrown into the snow in the video

MOSCOW, January 9 Blogger Sergei Kosenko is ready to cooperate with law enforcement officers and provide all the sources of the scandalous video recording, indicating that he throws a doll into a snowdrift, and not his two-month-old son, the blogger’s lawyer said Sergey Zhorin.
Kosenko, who is abroad, posted a video on social networks banned in Russia in which he throws a two-month-old child into the snow. Chairman of the RF Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin on Tuesday ordered to initiate a criminal case against Kosenko.

“It is already obvious that the child did not take part in the filming of this video; the video was filmed using a mannequin doll and editing. In addition, we are also ready to cooperate with law enforcement agencies, give explanations and provide all the necessary evidence to establish the truth,” — said the agency's interlocutor.

The blogger’s lawyer expressed the hope that a criminal case will not be initiated.
«We, in turn, hope that a criminal case will not be initiated, but if this happens, we will prove the innocence of Sergei Kosenko, although the law gives him a presumption of innocence,» Zhorin added.
Kosenko himself posted a post on his page on a banned social network apologizing for the video of a baby thrown into the snow. He explained that he planned to conduct training courses on the use of artificial intelligence, deepfakes and video editing. To do this, he created a video with a baby and posted it on the Internet.
