MOSCOW, January 10 The Savelovsky Court of Moscow fined former State Duma deputy Dmitry Gudkov* 50 thousand rubles for failing to indicate his status in publications on the Internet, the court reported.
“The court found D.G. Gudkov* guilty under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and he was given a fine of 50 thousand rubles,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
The Ministry of Justice added the former deputy to the register in February last year. The department indicated that he called for giving weapons to Ukraine, imposing sanctions on Russia, and participated as an expert on the information platforms of foreign structures. Gudkov* tried to get his foreign agent status removed in the appellate court, but to no avail.
Now Gudkov* lives abroad.
