An 18-year-old girl was killed in the city of Myski, Kemerovo region
An 18-year-old girl who went missing before the New Year was found dead in the city of Myski, Kemerovo region. This was reported by the Daily Karelia publication.
The investigation found that on the day of her disappearance the girl was driving a car with an unknown man who was sitting in the back. During the trip, a conflict arose between them. In a fit of rage, the man threw a seat belt around the girl’s neck and began to strangle her. He hid the body in the snow, away from the crime scene.
Law enforcement officers identified the man from CCTV cameras. He turned out to be a 35-year-old local resident. During interrogations, he admitted his guilt and showed where the body lay. A criminal case was opened against him under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Murder.”
