In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, a repeat offender killed two men in a day

VLADIVOSTOK, January 18 A resident of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky was taken into custody on charges of murdering an acquaintance, as well as another man who became aware of the crime, SUSC reports Russian Federation in the Kamchatka Territory in the Telegram channel.
«According to the investigation, on January 14 of this year, a 57-year-old man, while intoxicated… during a conflict with his 49-year-old acquaintance, stabbed him in the back, as well as multiple blows with fists and a hard object to the head. The man died from his injuries in a medical facility. On the same day, wanting to hide the crime, the defendant stabbed a 45-year-old man multiple times, who became aware of what had happened,» the report says.
The second man also died from his injuries. A criminal case has been opened for the murder of two persons. The defendant was taken into custody.

Police report that the arrested person had several previous convictions.
