A case was opened in the Moscow region after reports of bullying of a schoolboy

MOSCOW, January 18 The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case after reports of the use of physical force against a child at a school in Istra, said Olga Vradiy, senior assistant to the head of the department’s capital headquarters.
“According to information published in one of the Telegram channels about the violation of the rights of a schoolboy and his sister, a criminal case has been opened for the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of life and health safety (Article 238 of the Criminal Code),” she said.
According to Vradiy, it follows from the publication that employees of the educational institution used physical force against an 11-year-old student and his sister, and also exerted moral pressure on them. As a result, the boy was hospitalized.

Investigators are now conducting interrogations and establishing the circumstances and reasons for what happened. They also talked with the parents of children studying at this school.
