MOSCOW, January 18. The song “Nit” by the Russian rap artist Scally Milano (real name is Daniil Dmitriev) was banned for use by the Kalininsky Court of St. Petersburg, information about this was posted in the Telegram channel of the United Press Service of the City Courts.
The court found the song to be drug propaganda and obscene language.

"When monitoring the Internet, audio information was identified (a verbal and musical work by the performer Scally Milano “Nit”) containing obscene language, which also suggests for the listener the potential possibility of using psychoactive substances (veiled propaganda),” the message said.
By banning the content, the court was guided by the fourth article of Law No. 124-FZ, dedicated to state policy regarding children.
The court found that the track Scally Milano negatively affects the physical, intellectual, mental, spiritual and moral development of the younger generation.
In October last year, the court also decided to block several links to Scally Milano songs about drugs, accessible to children and teenagers.
