Two years ago, on the feast of Epiphany in 2022, the first stone was laid, marking the beginning of the construction of the Epiphany Park on the high bank in the resort town of Anapa. In 2024, work on improving the area of 7.5 hectares will be completed. The project is being implemented with the support of the investment holding AVA Group.
Work on many elements has already been completed: the parishioners of the temple are greeted by the belfry, and in the center of the public area there is a 33-meter light and music fountain.
In the heart of the park is the Trail of the History of the Baptism of Rus'. On 12 arched vaults connected in a circle, you can see the stages of the most important historical event for the country. Nearby, the construction of the font church of Princess Olga, which has no analogues in Russia, is being completed.
In addition, in 2023, the Church of St. Equal to the Apostles Prince Vladimir, which is part of the educational complex along with Epiphany Park, was consecrated.
The temple, built in the southern Russian architectural style, is designed for 1000 parishioners, and is already visited by many Anapa residents and city guests. Three chapels were created inside the structure: St. Prince Vladimir, St. Sergius of Radonezh, and St. Apostle Andrew the First-Called. On the ground floor there is a baptismal church in honor of St. Basil the Great. The canonical painting was made by the famous workshop “Palekh Palette”, and the sacred images are united by the theme of the Baptism of Rus'.
During a visit to Anapa, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus' laid the foundation stone for a comprehensive Orthodox school and planted a family tree in memory of his parents. It is planned that over time a family alley will appear on the territory of the temple complex.

It is already clear today that the park is in demand; it is visited by many Anapa residents and vacationers. And the temple is always full of parishioners. We are glad to participate in such a significant project and make life in the cities of the Krasnodar Territory more comfortable and better,” said President of the AVA Group holding Vagan Arsenovich Harutyunyan.
