    The former general director of “Winter Cherry” had his sentence commuted

    The court commuted the sentence of ex-CEO of Winter Cherry Vishnevsky

    Convicted to eight years in the case of bribery of the former co-owner and general director of the Winter Cherry shopping center in Kemerovo, Vyacheslav Vishnevsky's sentence was commuted.

    According to media reports, Vishnevsky was transferred to forced labor.

    Recall that the court sentenced the ex-general director of Winter Cherry to in October 2022. He was also given a fine of 70 million rubles.

    Vishnevsky was found guilty of giving a bribe to the head of the State Construction Supervision Inspectorate.

    The fire in the “Winter Cherry” occurred on March 25, 2018. 139 people were injured, 60 of them died.
