The application store from LANIT Omni (part of the LANIT group) has become a single online platform where products from leading IT companies, created on the basis of the low-code platform BPMSoft, are collected. Now development partners from Russia and Belarus will be able to promote and monetize their own applications on BPMSoft, and current and potential clients will have access to ready-made tools for rapid digitalization and process automation.
The store offers vertical and cross-industry products and add-ons that expand the functionality of the platform. These include LANIT Omni’s own developments for managing field sales and processes in the pharmaceutical industry, connectors for telephony, modules for setting up chatbots, omnichannel mailings and predictive analytics based on ML algorithms. In addition, partner solutions are presented, including:
- contact center 360 and 3CX telephony connector from OmniLine to manage the operator’s workspace for handling requests;
- Kanban board from Infocom-S and Tree Registry from Orange Process for visualizing project management.
Clients have the opportunity to select the best option that meets specific business objectives, get expert advice and request a demonstration.
Currently, more than 30 partner solutions are undergoing certification, and in total, more than 100 will be presented in the application storefront by the end of 2024. Partner companies can publish their products based on BPMSoft after mandatory accreditation, which is carried out by a team of vendor specialists. Applications are tested for compliance with actual and declared functionality, compatibility with products and versions of the low-code platform, DBMS and OS, performance, information security, availability of documentation and scope of technical support services.
