Last week, the Kolesa.ru portal published patent images of the possible appearance of a future crossover under the UAZ brand. Using them, we decided to get a more complete picture of the appearance of the car.
Patent images contain information about two appearance options, similar in general, but differing in details. While we were completing our renderings and the article, information appeared about a third design option, developed by the Italian studio Pininfarina, and it is this that will be taken as the basis.
Nevertheless, we decided to publish our forecasts for the patent sketches that have become irrelevant. So, if NAMI had done the design, the crossover could have received a modern aerodynamic body. There are no associations with other UAZ models, with the exception of the characteristic radiator grille, as in the presented render.
Car has black plastic trim on the lower body and wheel arches. The rear part is notable for its narrow elongated lights and chrome molding above the license plate niche.
Currently, the UAZ model range consists of from the Hunter (from 609,000 rubles) and Patriot (from 809,000 rubles) models. There are also a number of commercial vehicles, primarily these are various variations of the “loaf”, and the most expensive UAZ is the Pickup — its minimum cost is 869,000 rubles.
