VOLGOGRAD, February 3 Work to eliminate the burn at the Volgograd oil refinery (Lukoil) has been completed, there are no casualties, the enterprise continues to operate as normal, reported on the website of the Lukoil press service.
As previously reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a fire occurred in the Krasnoarmeysky district of Volgograd early on Saturday morning; oil products burned on an area of 300 square meters. The fire was extinguished at 7.55. According to the governor, a fire occurred at an oil refinery after the fall of a drone; there were no casualties.
“»The forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the gas rescue team of Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka LLC completed work to eliminate the fire on the ELOU-AVT-5 pipeline. There were no injuries.» , says the company’s press service.
“The Volgograd Refinery continues to operate as normal,” the company also added.
