Offended by blogger Beale’s behavior, he demanded compensation from him

MOSCOW, Feb. 5 The head of the religious group Morozov-Zlatoust Brotherhood filed a lawsuit against the notorious blogger Edward Beale because of his antisocial behavior and demands 10 million rubles, this was announced by the initiator of the lawsuit, Alexander Morozov.
“The Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow registered a claim against Eduard Beal. Google LLC is also listed as a defendant,” said Morozov.

According to the statement of claim, which is available, Beal “created several channels on YouTube video hosting in order to promote an antisocial lifestyle, behavior, generate income from such behavior and is engaged in the dissemination of information expressed in an indecent form, accompanied by obscene language in public places, offensive harassment of citizens, thereby insulting human dignity and public morality, demonstrating clear disrespect for society,” the text says.

The plaintiff studied 650 videos with Beal’s participation, in which he found a lot of obscene language, and, as he claims, in one of the videos the blogger “harasses a minor, forcing him to perform acts of a sexual nature.”

Morozov asks the court to recognize the videos published by Beal as prohibited in the Russian Federation, block his accounts, oblige Google LLC to remove all videos on the blogger’s channels and prohibit the creation of new accounts and channels on the video hosting YouTube. The plaintiff also demands to collect jointly and severally from the defendants 10 million rubles in compensation for moral damage, which he undertakes to donate to charity.
According to the file of the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow, Morozov’s claim was registered on January 31. The date for its consideration has not been set.
In March 2022, the Presnensky Court of Moscow sent Edward Beale, who caused an accident in the center of Moscow, to a prison colony for 1 year and 2 months.
A loud accident occurred on April 1, 2021 on the Garden Ring near Smolenskaya Square: Bill, driving an Audi RS6 sports car, drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into four cars. As a result of the accident, an employee of the State Duma apparatus was seriously injured.
