MOSCOW, February 18Russians are complaining about a failure in the work of Telegram, more than 5 thousand complaints about the work of the service in Downradar, the correspondent reports.
According to Downradar at 14.45, 5312 complaints were recorded. Most of the complaints came from Moscow. The failure was reported in other Russian cities, as well as countries — for example, residents of Belarus and Ukraine. Another service — Downdetector — also has complaints from residents of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Thailand. The outage started around 2:30 p.m. Moscow time.
Users are complaining that they can’t open content, can’t load messages, and have problems sending messages. Most of all complaints are about the work of the messenger.
At the same time, 19 hours ago an update to the messenger was released in the AppStore. The developers made unlimited the number of users in groups and the time of broadcasts, and also expanded the memory in chats for storing photos, videos and documents.
