Yashkin received a hand injury on November 30 during a match against Ekaterinburg Avtomobilist. Before the injury, the 30-year-old forward managed to play 36 matches for Kazan, in which he scored 24 points (18 goals + 6 assists).

Ak Bars forward Alexander Radulov missed four matches at the end of the regular season and returned in the final match against Admiral Vladivostok (4:2).
