MOSCOW, February 28 The Kuntsevo Court of Moscow upheld the claim of rap artist Yegor Creed against Roskomnadzor and the Federal Tax Service, in which he demanded recognition of the blocking of his account on the streaming service Twitch platform is illegal, said lawyer Vladislav Podshibyakin.
Previously, Roskomnadzor blocked Creed's account due to online casino advertising. This happened after the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, contacted the department.

According to Podshibyakin, the process was quite difficult, but they managed to convey their position to the court and “prove the opposite to government agencies.”
