Actor Leon Kemstach told WFM that he wants to play Tom Sawyer

SIRIUS, Mar 2The actor of the Russian TV series «The Boy's Word. Blood on the Asphalt» Leon Kemstach said at a meeting with participants of the World Youth Festival in Sirius that he would like to play Tom Sawyer from the work of the American writer Mark Twain.
The meeting of the popular Russian actor with the festival participants took place in the City of World Youth on the Yamal campus as part of the educational marathon «Knowledge. First» of the Russian Society «Knowledge».

Young people from Russian regions, including foreign guests, asked the actor questions about education, science, asked about the popular series. During the conversation, literature topics were touched upon. Thus, a festival participant named Akhmed from Chechnya asked a question about the actor’s favorite works.
“»I have a lot (of books that I like — ed.), I don’t know, no matter how banal it may sound, I really like Tom Sawyer… somehow I constantly associate myself with this character. It’s an interesting question, could I to play him? I would like to, I really would like to,» Kemstach said.
In general, speaking about moral education, the problem of bullying and banditry, which can be traced in the series “The Boy’s Word,” Kemstach admitted that he was engaged in freestyle wrestling, but does not accept fights, preferring to resolve disagreements with words.
