«I spoke Russian poorly»: a Crocus employee spoke about a conversation with a terrorist before the tragedy
One of the Crocus City Hall employees, Alexander, said that spoke with one of the terrorists, Shamsidin Fariduni, a couple of weeks before the terrorist attack. A 16-year-old worker told SHOT. The young man claims that the then unknown terrorist spoke Russian poorly and kept asking where everything was.
“He approached me several times over the course of probably an hour, asking something vague, I don’t remember that because he spoke Russian poorly,” said Alexander.
He also added that the terrorist did not want to put things in the wardrobe and kept walking around the foyer and looking around, and later left. After a photograph of the militant appeared on the Internet, Alexander recognized him by his jacket.
On the day of the terrorist attack, the young man was also in the Crocus on the minus first floor, in the dressing room. During the incident, he began to take visitors out through the service door, later he phoned his girlfriend Elizabeth, and they ran away from the shopping center together along the bridge.
