MOSCOW, March 24 The Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested the second accused of committing a terrorist attack in Crocus, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, a correspondent reports from the courtroom.
““The court decided: to satisfy the investigator’s request, to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention,” judge Timur Vakhrameev announced the decision.

The arrest period is set until May 22.

The meeting was held behind closed doors for the safety of the participants in the process.
At the hearing, the accused, who communicated with the judge through an interpreter, said that he was born in 1994, he has four children, has a place of registration in Russia, but he does not remember it.
