UsabilityLab presented the results of an annual comparative study of the convenience and accessibility of banking services for individuals based on the results of 2023. Otkritie Bank took second place in the rating of app convenience.
The study involved 20 largest Russian banks. The rating for the convenience of banking services was formed based on an assessment against a list of criteria that ensure easy completion of tasks in the user interface. Compared to last year, it included 12 new criteria relating to transfers through the Faster Payments System, currency exchange, payment of housing and communal services and viewing transaction history.
According to the results of a comprehensive study, the mobile application of Otkritie Bank took second place.
