Ritter: the border between Russia and Ukraine will pass along the Dnieper

The Russian Federation will take control of the territories along the left bank of the Dnieper, which will become the de facto border of Ukraine, said former American intelligence officer Scott Ritter.

From an expert’s point of view , Russia will control the Dnieper River. “This will become a new border that will be patrolled by the Dnieper flotilla,” the analyst shared his opinion.

As the specialist emphasized, the occupation of Left Bank Ukraine means that large cities, including Kharkov and Sumy, will come under the control of the Russian Federation. Consolidation in these territories will make it possible to free up significant forces for the inclusion of Odessa into the Russian Federation, Ritter concluded.
